Experienced Motivated Leader in General Aviation Wanted!

Angelo Precision Aircraft, LLC is seeking a self motivated Air Frame and Power Plant Technician who has extensive experience in small to middle sized General Aviation Aircraft.  The position required the technician to be given a array of different aircraft issues and be able to diagnose the issues.  This includes mechanical, electrical, and other aircraft issues.  This position is not for anyone with less than five years working on small general aviation.  The aircraft normal repaired, altered, inspected, and maintained by Angelo Precision Aircraft includes, but is not limited to Robinson Helicopters R22, R44, 66, Cessna reciprocating  engine and turbine powered aircraft, Beechcraft Baron, Bonanza, King Airs, Piper and other small airplanes.

They are looking for someone with good knowledge of these aircraft to be able to be assigned different tasks and be able to perform them with limited supervision while working with others on the team.  This position could lead to a Team Lead position if the candidate has the skills, knowledge, and experience.

• Liscensed Airframe and Power Plant Technician
• Inspector Authorization is a Plus
• Robinson Helicopter Training and Experience a Plus
• 5 Years Prior General Aviation Aviation Maintenance
• Self Motivated
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and promoting safety best practices.
• Physical ability to perform tasks that may involve bending, stooping, and lifting heavy equipment.
• The ability to work in tight spaces is required.
• Live in the San Angelo, TX area.
• Have their own basic tools.
• Must have a current Driver’s License
