With the addition of three new employees to the team, and through partnerships with new suppliers, the company is proud to share that it has officially become a Garmin Dealership—an achievement driven by customer demand.

    This expansion enables Angelo Precision Aircraft, LLC to provide comprehensive avionics services to the general aviation community, whether for single-engine, twin-engine, turbine, or small corporate jet aircraft.     Founded in 1977 at San Angelo Regional Airport in San Angelo, TX, Angelo Precision Aircraft has been serving the aviation community for nearly five decades with quality products and dependable service. The company is recognized as one of the oldest Robinson Helicopter Service Centers in the world and has maintained a wide range of fixed-wing aircraft, including Cessna Citations, Beechcraft King Airs, Gulfstreams, Cessna 100- and 200-series aircraft, Cessna Caravans, Pipers, Beechcraft models, and other general aviation aircraft.

    One Stop Avionics Shop Now Available

    Over the past couple of years the management has been working to add an Avionics Department knowing that it would benefit their customers. Angelo Precision Aircraft, LLC spent over two years in developing and preparing to expand into Avionics. Through that time period they added Avionics to their Repair Station, obtained the needed equipment, and search the country for over a year for experienced technicians to perform quality work for their customers.

    At the start of the journey, goals were set on what the company wanted to accomplish. They wanted to serve their customer base with the service that the customers were used to, and build on a strong foundation of quality service being top priority. While the updates to their Repair Station started years ago, they have been searching the country for a highly qualified leader to lead the Avionics Team. Justin joined their team with a strong resume on a wide range of aircraft and manufactures. He came highly recommended by his previous companies, customers, and dealers.

    Angelo Precision Aircraft, LLC has installed radios and instruments for almost half of a century. That work did not require the upgrade of their Repair Station, but the for the new department, they wanted to go all in for their customers. Having listened to customer complaints of installations and other issues from shops around West Texas, and many of those customers requesting for the company to take this step, the FAA Repair Station was upgraded to include Avionics.

    Currently Angelo Precision Aircraft, LLC has become an authorized dealer for several Avionics Manufactures. In the near future they will be releasing the full list as agree to with some of those dealers. Some dealers requested the release be held until the proper timing and that timing is coming soon.

    This is an exciting step in the history of Angelo Precision Aircraft, LLC. Currently they can handle all of your Avionics needs, including IFR and VFR Certs.
