Frank Hinds is a certified aircraft
appraiser. While anyone can appraise an aircraft, Frank has
been trained and certified to recognize the value of all
aircrafts. He has special tools available to him that allow
him to asses each aircraft and give the fair market price on
it. As in all industries, the values of aircraft are always
unstable. It is important to the buy, the seller, and the
lending institutions that the fair market price is used.
This protects all parties involved to insure that the buyer does
not over pay, the seller gets the full market value the aircraft
is worth, and the lender knows the true value of the aircraft.
